Role Overview

You’ll be the voice and face of Atlast across social media and our growing community. This isn’t about managing a corporate feed — you’ll create the content, build the conversations, and help shape how the world sees us. From day one, you’ll have real ownership over strategies that drive recruitment, engagement, and brand awareness. You’ll collaborate with the founding team, experiment with what works, and see your ideas come to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with the founders to support a wide range of operational and strategic priorities, adapting to shifting needs week by week
  • Conduct research on investors, markets, competitors, customers, and new business opportunities to inform critical decisions
  • Assist with outreach: help drive sales, investor relations, marketing campaigns, and community engagement to accelerate company growth
  • Create, edit, and publish content that builds Atlast’s presence across web, social, and relevant communities
  • Keep company data, trackers, and reporting dashboards well-organized and current to support transparency and decision-making
  • Take full ownership of individual projects—from scoping to execution—ensuring their impact is felt across the organization
  • Support the development and optimization of internal processes that enable the startup to operate with agility
  • Step into ad hoc tasks as required, learning quickly and delivering high-quality results without needing rigid instructions
  • Gather and synthesize information to turn research into actionable insights for the founding team

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail—demonstrated through academic, extracurricular, or project experience
  • Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills, including comfort preparing reports or content in English
  • Curiosity and a proactive learning mindset—willingness to figure things out independently, even in ambiguous situations
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and priorities, adjusting with shifting startup needs
  • Comfortable with common productivity and communication tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, or equivalents)
  • Enthusiasm for startups, AI, recruiting, or the future of work, with a genuine desire to learn by doing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a startup, operations, marketing, or similar fast-paced environments (internships, volunteer, or project-based is welcome, but not required)
  • Experience conducting research (e.g., markets, investors, customers), and synthesizing findings into recommendations
  • Experience with basic data organization, CRM tools, or reporting (Excel, Airtable, Notion, etc.)
  • Comfort with creating content for digital channels (social media, blogs, newsletters)
