Ready to skip the typical intern busywork? You’ll work directly with our founding team building the AI infrastructure that’s making hiring faster, fairer, and genuinely human. You’ll own real features that matter, solve problems our users actually face, and learn what scaling a startup looks like from the inside. Expect honest feedback, peer support from fellow interns, and actual impact—not a coffee-fetching role.

• Build and iterate on AI agent workflows (text and voice), directly contributing to product features that transform recruiting processes for end users.
• Develop and refine frontend features with a strong emphasis on user experience and application performance, ensuring fluid and responsive interfaces for recruiters.
• Contribute to scalable backend systems and APIs using modern frameworks to support real-time interaction and agent orchestration.
• Support infrastructure tasks, including deployments and enhancements to the CI/CD pipeline, helping maintain stability and speed as we scale toward launch.
• Write and maintain automated tests (unit and end-to-end), ensuring reliability and regression safety in a fast-paced release cycle.
• Engage in debugging and optimizing new features, addressing production issues swiftly to drive product quality in a user-facing, live environment.
• Collaborate directly with founders and senior engineers, gaining insight into product decisions and startup tradeoffs that shape our roadmap.
• Participate in code reviews and team standups, learning best practices and contributing to our engineering culture of ownership and improvement.

• Solid experience building real projects (through academic, open-source, freelance, or startup work) demonstrating both frontend and backend development skills.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for application development, including use within modern frameworks (preferably Vue.js or similar frontend frameworks).
• Practical experience with frontend UI/UX design, demonstrating care for usability and performance optimisation.
• Basic backend/API development knowledge and familiarity with concepts like REST, authentication, and scalable service design.
• Comfort working with Git for version control in a collaborative environment (e.g., GitHub workflows).
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies independently and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
