Role Overview
You’ll join Atlast at a pivotal moment, building the social presence and community for an AI-native hiring platform that’s reshaping how teams find talent. This isn’t corporate busywork; you’ll own real projects that directly impact our growth, collaborate with founders and the core team on strategy that actually matters, and learn what it takes to scale a pre-seed startup. You’ll grow your skills in community building, social storytelling, and product discovery, all whilst helping ambitious hiring teams discover why Atlast matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow Atlast’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord) with authentic, energetic content that resonates with hiring leaders and tech audiences
- Develop and execute community initiatives that connect users, celebrate product wins, and create spaces for conversations around modern hiring
- Create engaging marketing content (blogs, case studies, social posts, threads) that tell the story of Atlast’s mission and why hiring is broken
- Support product launches and feature announcements with coordinated social and community strategy
- Monitor community sentiment, feedback, and trends; feed insights back to the product and marketing teams
- Collaborate with the founding team on go-to-market experiments, user acquisition, and brand storytelling
- Own the voice of Atlast on community platforms, maintaining authenticity, warmth, and clarity in all interactions
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Hands-on experience or genuine interest in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Discord)
- Understanding of content marketing, brand voice, and authentic storytelling
- Ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and iterate based on feedback
- Curiosity about AI, hiring tech, and startup culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in community management or growing engaged online communities
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Figma, analytics platforms, or content management systems
- Interest in B2B marketing, SaaS, or developer relations
- Portfolio of social media content, blog posts, or community work you’re proud of
