Role Overview
You’ll help build Atlast from the ground up at a moment when it really counts. Own real projects that drive growth, collaborate directly with founders on decisions that matter, and discover what it takes to scale a pre-seed startup. You’ll develop skills in community building, product storytelling, and customer discovery whilst genuinely impacting teams who use Atlast. No make-work projects, no corporate nonsense. Just real responsibility, real outcomes, and real learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target accounts within our ideal customer profile (startup founders and operators with no dedicated TA/HR function), ensuring high-quality leads for the pipeline
- Conduct personalised outbound outreach via phone, LinkedIn, email, and emerging channels to engage prospects and drive interest in Atlast’s solutions
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, booking discovery calls and demos for the founding team to accelerate growth
- Maintain meticulous pipeline records and activity updates in our CRM, supporting forecasting and strategic sales decisions
- Collaborate on the creation and iteration of outreach messages, channel strategies, and sequencing to uncover the most effective approaches
- Support the documentation and improvement of the sales playbook, sharing learnings and insights as an early team member
- Partner with the founding team on tactical testing of messaging, sequencing, and new sales channels to optimize conversion rates
- Participate in sales competitions and celebrate milestones, contributing to a performance-driven yet supportive environment
- Develop a deep understanding of the intersection between product, sales, and growth in a rapidly evolving pre-seed startup
Required Skills
- Based in Barcelona with the ability to work onsite or in a hybrid setting as needed
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging outreach (no templated or robotic messaging)
- Self-motivated and resilient with a track record of taking ownership and delivering against goals in ambiguous environments
- Organised and detail-oriented approach, especially in managing CRM records and outbound activity
- Comfort collaborating closely in a small, fast-paced team where experimentation and learning are valued
Preferred Qualifications
- Coursework or projects in business, sales, economics, or marketing demonstrating foundational GTM knowledge
- Active participation in university clubs, entrepreneurship societies, startup competitions, or hackathons showing entrepreneurial drive
- Demonstrated interest in AI, recruiting technology, or HR innovation (through projects, writing, or personal projects)
- Comfort with learning sales tools and platforms quickly (technical aptitude or prior CRM exposure is a bonus, not required)
Benefits
